Here are some facts about Southeastern Premier that
stand out from other roofers:

We use only the Highest Grade Shingles, Atlas Storm Master and Malarkey. Both Brands are Hail Resistant to 90 MPH, for SOFTBALL Sized Hail.

We also use the 2 Highest Grades of Asphalt Shingles on the Market, 
Gaf Timberline and Certainteed Landmark, not the inferior 30 year brands as Tamko and IKO.

We use Ice Barriers and Synthetic Felt on all Valleys which are approved
in the state of Florida as a Water Resistant Barrier after Hurricanes.

We will never leave rotten wood like some roofers who just cover it over.

 

We use 5 nails on slopes of 8 pitch or more and 6 nails on 4 pitch
to 8 pitch. This gives you, the customer, the knowledge that we follow state codes, not using just 3-4 nails as many roofer do.
